Thoroughly remove dirt, grease, oil, and water on the surface to be painted.

Fill the recessed part with Poly-Putty Base and smooth it.

During application, the spray fluorescent paint should be sprayed 2~3 times to match the white background to ensure a better fluorescent effect.

Shake the fluorescent automotive paint can vigorously for two minutes after the mixing ball begins to rattle until the paint is fully mixed and uniform.

Hold the clear fluorescent spray paint can upright 20-30cm from surface and use your index finger to press down the nozzle to spray in a steady back and forth motion.

Spray several layers at room temperature with the intermittence of 1-2 minutes between layers. 2 to 3 times applications are recommended to ensure paint film thickness reaches 20 ¦Ìm.
